The Client:
A national landfill operator
The Challenge:
Our client was experiencing Methane gas migration issues from one of his Oxfordshire sites and were being negatively scored by the Environment Agency.
The Solution:
REM Pumping installed MSG Gas Shield seals in place of standard Bentonite seals on the two worst-affected wells. The Environment Agency witnessed FID (Flame Ionisation Detection) tests over several weeks and we are happy to report that the wells are no longer leaking!
