A National Property Management company asked REM Pumping to assess the failing boosted cold water (CWB) systems at a tower block in Cheshire. The pump set was found to be of a considerable age and not functioning correctly.
REM Pumping subsequently installed a new, more efficient cold water boosting pump set with minimal downtime for the client and their residents.
